National Lifeguard (NL)
• Course Description:
• National Lifeguard certification is Canada's professional lifeguard standard and is designed for lifesavers who wish to obtain a responsible job and leadership experience. National Lifeguard - Pool certification is designed to develop the fundamental values, judgment, knowledge, skills and fitness required by lifeguards. The National Lifeguard course emphasizes lifeguarding skills, principles and practices, and decision-making processes that will help lifeguards provide effective safety supervision in swimming pool environments.

• Time: Fri 6 pm-10 pm, Sat/Sun 9 am-6 pm

• Prerequisite: 15 years of age by the end of the course, Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard, & Standard First Aid
