Inside Out
Mondays from 6-7pm in the 2nd floor Music Room.
Welcome to "Inside Out," a dynamic program designed to explore the world of emotions and foster emotional regulation skills. Inspired by the beloved movie, this program helps children understand and articulate their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build emotional resilience. Through engaging activities, interactive discussions, and creative projects, participants will learn about different emotions, how to manage them effectively, and the importance of expressing feelings in a healthy way.
